im wanting to get my willys m38 resto underway and wondered if the roll cage off of the re-re is the same? Knowing that the chassis of the re-re is totally different from the M38 original can you think of an alternative tamiya car that has the same front suspension strut base/arms as mine have cracked around the base of the spring?(suprise suprise) cheers.0645 |

The wise one answers:
Roll cage will fit straight on from the WW2. The only other Tamiya's that used the same chassis were the Audi Quattro & Opel Ascona. Both rare cars too I'm afraid. I had a WW runner and used bigger/thicker tie wraps to hold the front arms together ;-) |
