Having dusted off the new years projects i need your advice with an old sand rover body refurb. The body has damage to the nose-ahead of the front wing, If i buy a 2010 s-r body and cut out the section i need what is the best adhesive for bonding in the new section? also is that a left over mince pie or are you just please to see me? |

Always pleased to see you ;-) I hope that answers your question... Oh sorry, back to Tamiyas! Well i've used Superglue (Or hobby grade Cyano Acrylate) for this kind of thing with great success. Basically as long as this type of ABS is clean it should weld very well when using solvents. You can re-inforce with an expoxy based glue if you want. |
